Happy Thanksgiving to all of you. My wife just got a book of turkey recipes ( How to cook a turkeys goose) I was looking
it over and the first recipe said to heat the oven to 700 degrees. I asked my wife isnt that to hot ? Her reply was only
for the turkey. 😆 😆 😆 Happy Thanksgiving.

I checked with the local butcher, and she said the 700 degrees was to KILL IT and COOK IT all at the same time. Three hours for the KILL, one hour to COOK!!!!! 😆
