You never know when you are going to run into someone who raced at Dover. I went to a Christmas party up the street at Randy Vidal’s house. Attached are 2 pictures. The second one is Randy in a Dragmaster rail that had a blown Chevy motor that he got from Al Bowes. The first one shows “Thunder 2” which he was partners in with Bobby Tutor (driver) and Herb Cousins. This was the old jr. fuel class. The other car is Soupy Sales that ran out of New York.

Hi ‘Mator,
good eye, I put a copy of the picture from the awesome galleries
on our site it show Randy & Ron going at it, check out the
injector box on Randys, same in both pics.
As per Dode Martin from dragmaster there was
6 maybe 8 dragmaster chassis with the optional double hoop over head bars,
most of the were on the east coast, Ron had 2 of them mine and Bill Tibbetts,
not sure of the year for this picture, if this is before or after Bill had a dragmaster.
maybe Randys make #3, the history keeps coming closer to an end on these chassis’s.
