        Any Current or Retired Police or Law Enforcement guys ,should talk to the Noewalk Police Dept.
        “79 car enthusiasts cited for trespassing while hanging out in WalMart parking lot ”
        … but doesn’t SAY ,IF Walmart filed a complaint..its private property not public highway..If they had half a brain…It’s good for attracting ‘potential shoppers’ !
