Didn’t find the car But found out who bought it from Al. Got a call from Ren Cicero in Bloomfield,CT. He runs a Gas Station in Windsor. Al delivered it to him ,less wheels, motor, trans. & rear in about ’76. Still all lettered up with my stuff and Don Scinto added to the Quarters with the spray can green paint, Me & Al Did., but completely gutted. Still had stock suspension in front and door windows held up with boards….the price? a whopping $300. He never really got it done and sold it a year later.Doen;t remember who ,but the “kid’ who got it was from Collinsville, Ct. Now get this in- about 2009-2010 ,he was on a definite search to get it back, and heard it was seen at a car show in southern, Mass. , by a phone tip ….still green and still lettered, and registered on the street. 😯 Hunted all over with no luck. Told me ( I forgot I Did This ) there was a cool mural on the trunk of a guy , hanging from a tree with the name “Tommy” .Who was that a reference to? He doesn’t race anymore ,but his son does, occasionally at Lebanon with a Camaro. He’s sending me some photos and the original Bill Of Sale. Here’s a shot of it on Motocasa’s Youtube video .See the whole thing Here:

DINO, not sure of the year of the video. the guy should know what year he got out of high school. when I worked for scinto, we were doing the motor for Als car, and he was remodeling Dons kitchen. he was at the shop every day. he was also driving “SUNDAYS CHILD” around then. don’t remember if he was doing “double duty” or he took over after he sold the 55. he was using a caddy hearse to tow with around then. who do you think Tommy on the trunk was? Tom Iorizzo? he was the guy to beat at the time. P.S. in my opinion the film was 1975.too crowded for 76, and Swiftys quad was there at the line.

I just watched the video, great movies. Near the begining there is a white 68 Chevelle running a black 69 Nova with gold leaf chevy sign on door tower side, that’s my Nova Just passed the 4 minute mark there is a black 70 Nova running on spectator side Cheap Thrills on door, that’s Steve Tomaszewski also from Dobbs Ferry NY. Near the end of video there is a red 34 Ford tower side the line, that was my brother Billy White.

Did Have another Topic For AL…that’s where Frank found that shot..I Said This There:
“Have only received ONE photo of this car in the later stages with second lettering job added to my original after Al & I spent all day with “Spray cans” painting it green (really …(took 66 to do it ! )…Will dig out and post. We are hoping Wayne , His Son, who IS on the forum..has dug out all his Dad’s stuff from Florida…I’ll check on that .Wayne said he saved his First Dover trophy.”

watching the mails for “Ren’s” photos..Ren thought it said Tommy IVO. Bet I just abbreviated the last name- “I” …..so Tommy in mural IS Iorizzo ! makes sense now. Back then Ren never went to Dover,so wouldn’t relate.

Billy Mas…Did Wayne ever get the Florida Stuff?
