NETO race 10 was completed Sunday July 24, 2016 at Englishtown NJ. This race was the NETO Summernationals, and the 37th annual Old Time Drags and Rod Run. Forty one racers braved this hot steamy, high ninety degree day. The race was sponsored by New England Performance and Muscle of Norwalk Ct, and ws the 2nd annual Vic English memorial race. Brian English presented the trophies.
Comp eliminator was won by John Giambertone in his SBF powered 1965 Mercury Cyclone. John ran a 9.75 on a 9.70 index. Here is John, wife Kitty and friends Brenda and Pete Yacca with the trophy.
