Originally For 1980 or newer cars specifically for Dover Original racers….( and /or relatives.) ..It Became full of “Non-Dover” Lebanon Regulars. So To Get Back to Original Intent …We Are Going to a Pre-Entry Form, to verify & we hope will Put Only real Dover Guys with newer cars a place to be Part of a Dover Event ,even if their car won’t fit the Pre-1980 cutoff in Vintage And Modified. Hopefully weed out the Non Dover Guys. Applies to Guys Like the Morehead kids…Lee Valentine and others
