I love It !….
Noyes in the “Mule” retuning from run says…” Gotta get me one of those neat ‘racin’ hats like Al in the ‘Mystery Wiilys’ has, this thing keeps blowing off”
Here’s mine:
He’s thinking… ” Hay…! I’m s’pose to be in the final round…! “
THAT body style will never catch on and last.
Good one… comming from a guy in a MG…!
C’mon people… let’s have some more.
what MG ??????
Bobby S.
This MG…
That is Don Noyes and his famous “U.S. Mule II ” a blown hemi powered English MG. It was a big crowd pleaser back in the day, but you’d have to be an ODF to know that…eh…?!
What class did the “U.S. Mule” run in… was it Modified Sports Car or was it Street Roadster…? Anybody know…?
THIS car was Restored By BOB SWANSON…Now doing the Modifiers Rail…He had it for a number of years and sold it …I’ll try to get him to post some Photos.
Let’s play a game called…”Fill n The Caption…”
Gee, If I had a hood I wouldn’t have to trow my jacket over my injector
Let’s play a game called…”Fill n The Caption…”
so thats what a real windshield looks like 😆
Actually…
What Don Noyes is thinking is this…
“Y’know… someday a picture of that “Mystery Willys” may turn up on an Internet web site.”
In those days, the vanguard of our technologies was the telephone “Touch Tone” dialing device…???
Remember seeing the US Mule at York US 30 it ran either A or B/MSP. It’s been a long time and dont
have a picture to know for sure.
