Seems I’m Always working on this…Third paint job in 7 years …but hey with Brad and Ollie (papamsurf) doing all the prep…we won big with it this year. 202600 miles…’93 F-150. Lowered with Old Skool Cragars. Brad ‘built ‘ scoop from chopped down dragster scoop. MY DAILY DRIVER ..Thats Papasmurf up top..I’m standing and Big Brad is kneeling

Terry was my potog. at my wedding in aug. of 1968 .. a very hot humid day I dont remember much of that day, and I dont think that he did niether..but he took pictures till he fell down ..yes ,you are wright , Shaffer is the one beer to have when your having more then one . I think my brother Eddie put him up for the night. 😆 😆 😆

TRICK TRUCK UPDATE….since last post A YEAR AGO .when we only had about 100 on the forum .My ,how time flies ! STILL Driving It! Drake would be proud…Ford All the way …He taught me good ..Has 221100 miles now, But have taken off the Dino’s Custom Paint Lettering (since I closed that Down)…Guys Pictured have since gotten new jobs ,with Ollie ,coming in afterhours to help on the Site.It Has all our Dover decals on it now…totally confuses the locals…No Clue …especially when I cruise the pits At Rockingham Dragway.Would love to take it Island…But …don’t want to take the chance.And..what I never said to explain”won Big this year”…was It was on the COVER of last years Sign Business Magazine For BEST SHOP TRUCK…beat all the dumb ‘wrap jobs” guess I was too busy then to Post that .

Heres Some more that didn’t make the Magazine .Now up to 230000 miles .Ford all the way ,only had a Chevy once …1978-79. Now if I could just find some of those old Busch Series Nascar 6’s and a four-speed.Guess they all became boat anchors.First photo way back ,when I actually had employees.

Time for an update on the Old Girl…Wish I could bring it North ,but since I don’t have a Cap…all the stuff I haul could get drenched or stolen .
So were now at 239211 miles.Just did the transmission service, plugs,and its time for an exhaust system …nobody I ask seems to think any aftermarket stuff will give me any gas milage increase…ala flowmaster,and they all say to keep the catalytic converter or it will hurt the engine over time …that thing is plum plugged up ,but with all the holes in the muffler and pipes…it doesn’t get any exhaust through it any more.Any suggestions … Hi-Performance experts? the thing just keeps runnin! and peppy too! can break the tires loose anytime …duh- great for tire wear …but I loves the sound of screechin tires. we just don’t growup, do we? heres how it looks today…Yup…took all the lettering off ..time for a make-over…I get bored ,so stand by for new layout.

Put it up on the lift and found out Converters ok ..Oh 2 of them ..they’re in the front DUH..just need a Muffler And tailpipe…Putting on a Flowmaster and we’ll be good to go.

Still got It…Up to 291947…by Mon. it’ll be up to 292000…So I ordered a new engine. $2200. complete “out the Door” at one of my cool customers auto repair shop. Old skool guy ,works on street & strip cars. So my Son says…”Why don’t you just buy a new truck?” Explained the math…New F-150 about $28,675. and pay for 6 years. My Truck was paid off in 1999. Sales Tax on new truck 1700. plus ‘destination” fee of $1300. Thats THREE GRAND for tax & ‘shipping” …My truck complimented by ‘mechanic’ to be the best kept ’93,he’s ever seen. so ‘Son” …0 miles on new engine & I just ‘saved’ about 30000. Oh…it looks cool too.And yearly ‘property tax” about $47.Once Done …I’ll borrow some slicks and take it out to Rockingham Dragway and see what the old girl will do.
