        Well IT’s A GO for our innovative 409 ELIMINATOR at the 9th Annual Dover Drag Strip Nostalgia Drags……Participants get the Kool Decal AND we’ll supply a Big trophy with possible Sponsor supoort to add to this ..Brian posted this: Ok we have $400.00 purse for the 409 ELIMINATOR …e-mail me or reply here if you would to be added to the list ?Brian LaBombard is spearheading this and I’ll get your info to him …We’ll run it on Sunday …Most run anyway so don’t worry about time eliment…they’ll just do their usual rounds in their ‘new’ eliminator.

            Sounds cool Dino. My first ever trip to a dragstrip was in a new 62 Impala 409/409, 4speed supersport. We put the bucrons on at the track opened the dumper caps and ran S/S I think the time was in the 13’s I was no longer a virgin.
