I only went to the drags a few times from ’66-’68, but loved it. Back in ’68/’69 I used to hang out at the Fore n Aft in Brewster. One of the bartenders used to race at Dover and I went once or twice with his (girlfriend?) who was the coatcheck girl. After all these years I can’t recall names, but Dino, I do remember you!.

Yes! It was Gil. I went back East recently to visit relatives and was very upset to see the Aft is long gone. So many changes but WE have not changed a bit, lol!

The Fox Ridge Motel across the street is gone too.Dover connection there…Bill Davitt (Ran The Automobile Shop Cars) was running a restaurant there , when It Blew up and leveled it!
