up on his latest art work. He’s waiting for a few more parts and then a few more
adjustments and then that 409 will move to the Dyno room for it’s break-in and to
get all the results of the build ❗ 😛 The finish line is close ❗ 😆

Well the Dyno seems to be backed-up with engines ready for their first time
“fire-up”, so the the 409 is in line and should have it’s turn on the Dyno towards
the end of the week ❗ Hey V-Man, the Fat Lady is clearing her throat ❗ 😆
Won’t be long before she’s bellowing out those high notes ❗ 😆 😮

OK V-Man…Today the “Fat Lady” made beautiful music ❗ She hit all those
great high notes, like 6,000 RPM’s ❗ Although the 409 was lacking headers
(because one side header would not fix on the Dyno) it sounded Great with
348 cast iron stock exhaust manifolds. The numbers were a little lower than they would have been with tuned headers, but did post about 400 HP with
408 ft. lbs. torque. IT WAS AWESOME ❗ 😮 In attendance was John Shimer,
Carl (Bootie) Booth, Joe Scaccia, myself and of course the master engine builder
and Dyno man, Lee Valentine. 😆 “What a GREAT day” ❗ ❗ 😛
