Wow…….The ‘Triple Nickel’ ran in SS/B, and was at Dover a couple of times, and back for the ‘Pro Stock Meet’.
The car was switched to A/MP.

More info on Class racer site forum, 4 pages so far. He will be missed, but WHAT a racing team in side the pearly gates, next time you hear thunder, it’s probably only one of the best from the past working on a chassis or engine dyno.
RIP Ken and do some bench racing with you friends.

One of Super Stock’s legends, Ken montgomery, passed yesterday. He was a class act and a wonderful human being. He will be sorely missed. My condolences to his family.

Ya gotta love a guy who kept pullin’ the wheels and bangin’ gears on his 4-speed on an A990 Plymouth that’s worth a fortune and has never been registered. A true racer!! Keep dumpin’ the clutch at 7 grand up there in ‘Hemi Heaven!’ God love you and keep you.bigblockmopar
