The first race of the 2013 season is now complete. Race 1 of the Clem LaChance Memorial weekend was held in beautiful weather. The weather Gods gave us a great day for a great race. Twenty six cars came out to pay tribute to our departed colleague. In Comp eliminator Chris Kraft started the season in great fashion by capturing the win over runner up, and defending Comp champ, Vinny Laurita. In Nostalgia eliminator Jim Smith driving the Team Smith 1965 Chevy, was a first time NETO winner over Rich Mauceri in his 1967 Chevy II.Congratulations to these winners and to all the racers and friends that made this race so much fun.
