NETO race 10 was completed on Sunday July14 at Numidia Dragway. It was a beautiful, hot, sunny day with temperatures reaching the low nineties. The day was hot but the racing was hotter. Twenty two racers competed on this beautiful track. In Comp eliminator Gary Langner in his big block 67 Chevelle took the win over Lou LaFerrarra jr in his 7 second small block chevy powered altered. In Nostalgia eliminator Rich Mauceri in the Mauceri & Hennebery high winding small block 67 Chevy II took the win over reigning Nostalgia champ Vinny Laurita jr in his beautiful big block 70 Chevelle. This wrapped up 2 runners up for Vinny jr for the weekend and Rich won in the race sponsored by Mauceri & Hennebery Racing. Thanks to all the racers and friends who braved the heat to watch this great weekend. And special thanks to the Dimino family for hosting us this weekend.
