I grew up in Mahopec, graduating from MHS in 1974. I worked at Statewide Auto Parts after school and during the summers from 1972 to 1974, which kept me plugged in to the local Hot Rod scene. While at working at Statewide, I collected decals, stickers, and pretty much anything related to cars. I
I acquired the two Dover Drag Strip stickers at the facility. Somewhere, I also have a Class Winner window sticker that was given to me by someone in the booth at the end of the track. I’ll keep looking for it.
