Rumblings in the Ford camp

A rumor only, but from a very trusted source………….Can’t give out much info at this point but on trusted word a longtime “dyed in the wool” Chevrolet owner, driver/racer has made the switch to……….. FORD……….Is this the same person that had lettered on the trunk panel of his Gasser Chevrolet “I’d rather eat worms then drive a Ford”????? Supposed to be a Fox body, nicely furbished 10 sec. smallblock……..Blue motor with the distributor in the front…Sounds like a Ford to me….Well I’ll keep you informed as info and pics? roll in…………….Stay tuned………

Thats one of those Mustang bodies late 80s I think. To bad its not a “Foxy body” that would be interesting.

Bobby I don’t know who took that picture Tomato took one from the stands but used the pole to block out the sun, I will post it if I can or maybe Tomato can.

Although, I’ve always liked and respected Fords and ran them in earlier years my knowledge is 50’s and early 60’s….From mid 60’s on I only ran Chevy…..How about it Ford guys, do we have an answer for Dino on this Fox Body Question? Don..

I thought Tom Blake answered it satisfactorly, The Fox Platform is the 78-97 Fairmont, cougar, T-bird, Mustang (till 04?) LTDII, Body style. Lots of interchangeability between them.
