        Around or before 1962. I know they raced the MG there in 1962

            I have been told that the Westhampton Drag Strip was up and running in the early 1950’s and that they ran on ( get this… ) DIRT…!!! Before they paved it over.

            Check it out.

            I also have been told that it was owned and operated by NHRA’s Ed Eaton.

                Maso as far as I know Ed Eaton never had anything to do with Westhampton. And it was open before 1962 I just don’t know when.

                    Gary Richards, CEO of P.C. Richards was involved with Westhampton at one time. My Dad and I ran there a lot they had a great stock eliminator program on Friday nights. Willie Hormerte ran with us on many occasions too.
