I had a reel to reel tape machine set up recording the show and still have that tape!
Then standing in lines in at downtown Waterbury,Ct. stores waiting for shipments of Beatles records ,Beatle boots, Beatle Jackets!
That was the end of going to the barber shop,long hair was theee only way ta go!

How well I remember!!! I just got drafted, down in Fort Dix, New Jersey, taking ‘basic training’,and my ears ringing from a drill sarge yelling ‘get down and give me another 20!!! (pushups of course!).And of course,my haircut was more like Mr. Clean, rather than the ‘shaggy’ Beatles! 😆
