Roger Charbonneau was thoughtful enough to send me two issues of the same HOT CARS magazine with all kinds of stories and photos of Dover Cars..never saw it before! Seems this ‘first’ edition by Boyce-Royal Publishing out of Derby,Ct. had a great day at Dover covering all the cars. The Cover even states “Bonus Section:The Easts Best Drag Cars”. Gives us a lot of missing information to go with many of the Photos stashed in the ODF Premium Members Photo Galleries…I’ll try to post a ODF Shot To Match each Article….[put your curser on photo and click for full size]…Most Photos from late ’63…must have worked on it over the winter.

That VW was one of the coolest cars I had seen at Dover as a young kid. I always remember it parking across from us in the “hot” pits.
