I was delivering a load of cemet to White Plains NY last week at was going by the “old” LARSEN FORD place and took a couple of pics ………..the name has changed but the building is still home to FORD cars going out the door ❗ ❗ ❗ ……..like DOVER DRAG STRIP ….just looking at the building brings back memorys 😀 …………………….tomato

The Smith Cairins Ford dealership was on Paxton Ave. in Bronxville right there where the Bronx River Perkway is when I was a kid. I remember seeing the brand new ’56 cars there.

…………….DINO …thats not a bad idea…… 😆 ………….mas there are “smith-cairins” Ford dealers in …..Mahopac NY , White Plains NY and a really BIG dealership at the crosscounty area in Yonkers NY , and I think the one in Bronxville NY is still there too …………I am not sure but I think they have something to do with the old Brewster Ford too …but not sure ……………………and heres a couple more of the “LARSEN FORD” place …………….tomato 😀

Can you imagine if the government buys out GM and MoPar but not FoMoCo…

A lot of American buyers ( like myself…) who don’t like the idea of gov. socialists taking over free enterprises will switch over to Ford products in the future and that could have BIG consequences… Discussion anybody…???

I was talking to my father and he said that my buddy up in conn. that has all the 427 Galaxies said he bought Ford stock back when it was $1.50 a share and its up to little more then $6.oo something now and he had over a 1000 shares 😀 …………………….tomato

Great Drake,
the dealership in Mahopac is called Park Ford,
was told that is is now a factory owned delaership??
I purchased my last 3 vehicles for my FD from them,
nice dealerhip to deal with.
the OLD Mt.Kisco ford dealership
(I worked there 73-75) is now a Honda dealership,
The Volts family does own Meadowland, & Brewster ford
plus “Bill Voltz of Westchester” the Dodge/Jeep dealership
on rte 202 in Yorktown and more in Ct.

A now meory is the Fisher Brothers chevy dealership in Mahopac,
Mr. Fisher passed on just before time started to go sour,
the family sold and now Drew is at Arroway in Katonah,
Teddy is in Mohegan Lake Audi,
and Norm is enjoying retirement, and Mom Fisher
is doing well.

the Park Ford dealer in Mahopac is also the home for the
lincoln Mercury dealership that burnt down in Peekskill about 3-4 yr now.
Forgot the name of the dealership when in peekskill.
next to the old Mt. Kisco Ford building going North buuuurrr Cold up there 😆
is the Buick/GMC dealership next to the OLD carvel stand. 😉
Volt from what I remember was the last ones in the old Salerno building
with GMC after they took over Lazars from Peekskill, near the armony.
NoW the salerno building is empty, Volts put their stuff in the old Nappali marine building
down 202 past where Lexington Ave comes out on 202, past Curry Honda
that usto be Curry Chevrolet. Now Chevrolet on 202 is Taconic Chevrolet
owned by an Oriential person, that is where Randy Tompkins is working after
Fisher Bros. closed. Know most of these palces from dealing with them
for services and parts for the fleet I take care of for BOCES, Yorktown.
Frain Bade, that was a long one, Bottom line loosing a lot of GOOD old
