NETO Race 11 is scheduled for Sunday Aug. 2 at Island Dragway. This is the 55th anniversary for Island and they plan a big Funny Car show as well as Nostalgia racing. Gates open at 9 AM.
Additionally, this is the race in which we (NETO) will be racing for a Wally. The winner of Nostalgia eliminator will race against the winner of Comp eliminator for the Wally. Last year we raced on the Nostalgia .500 full tree. This year we will race on the Comp .400 Pro tree. The Comp winner will dial any Comp index of 9.75 or faster in .25 increments. The Nostalgia winner will dial any number 10.00 or slower.
