NETO Race 9 was completed today, Saturday July 13 at Numidia Dragway. Twenty three racers competed on what looked like a questionable weather day. But the weather improved and good racing was the result. In Comp eliminator, the final came down to two beautiful, 9 second, 1969 Camaros. In a heads up race current points leader Vinny Laurita won while Brian English was runner up. In Nostalgia eliminator Roger Wright in his 74 Cuda held off a hard charging Vinny Laurita Jr in his 70 big block Chevelle for the win. Congratulations to all the winners and all the racers who participated.
