The Hustler

During the early “60s” a guy ran a 1953 Corvette painted gold and named the Hustler. He ran a gas station in Westport CT. Does anyone know where that car is or have pictures of it?

That car was owned by Tom Acoury. Hope I spelled that right.I still see Tom ocasionaly.I was told he has a lot of pictures of dover.

That was the car and the owner was Tom Akoucy (SP). This brother had a 1955 Chevy Nomad painted the same color and was at Dover at the same time period.

Tom use to run another Corvette, owner (?) Al Bows out of Stanford CT, at the end of the day of racing in grudge runs.
