They’re in Charlotte – Concord.
I was just up that way last weekend.
Are they really going to race four top fulers at a time…???
How do you think that will pan out…?
Maso, they have run the 4 lanes before. Some people like it, I think it sucks!! ………..Mikey 😆
Big storms today all across the state….had to shut down action for Charlotte for a good part of the day., we had 62 tornados and 10 confirmed dead .All Ok here at home base.
From dragracecentral:
CONCORD, N.C. – 1:30 p.m. – The front has passed, but it dumped lots of water on its way by.
Now the skies are clearing, the Sun is out, and track drying is progressing nicely, aided by the sunshine.
The downpour delayed the start of racing about three hours and it is now estimated to be around 3 p.m.
Dom Driving…Out in first round:
Do two out of four continue? hard to figure:
Order Car# Lane Driver Qual RT ET Speed

OUT IN FIRST ROUND-Red Light:
Tony Schumacher vs. Dom Lagana
****WINNER**** 0.040 4.986 141.25 to his -0.150 3.988 307.30
Schumacher is 4 – 0 against Lagana in prior events. Lagana was way too early on tree and turned on the red light. Schumacher started to spin the tires and clicked it off as he saw the red light in the other lane.
Dominick qualified at the #11 spot, but he was only 0.17 seconds off of the #1 qualifier. Give the man credit for that…!
Seems like it’s always the Army of One taking out our boy…
Dominick gave Tony Schumacher a very close run at Las Vegas and that was the forth round for the Top Eliminator prize. And then in the following event those two lined up for the first round again but things got a little smokey around Dominick’s tires and he lost out there too. Now it’s Tony Schumacher again. 😥
Looks like the is going to have to learn to get around the “Army of One” in the future…
