Great Dat ….Great Weather ….Hot But Nice Breeze …About 130 Cars Running >Test &tune, Time Trials, grudge Runs And A “Gamblers Race :with about 32 entered. …We ran thie wheels off…most getting in 6-7 runs….Lots of OPld and New Faces…..Masiello’s Top Dragster going faster each run, ending with a best of 183 mph….V-Bob’ s Vega Running 10.5’s at 137…big smiles there. Pats MG with brother Mike driving …going full runs at 11.3….Grudge race fun!…Brian’s GTO puts away the Mystery Indian. Or Historian consistant all day at 11.5-120…Dailed in ! Ron Morehead sr. in his Volvo Finally got to Run Ron Jr. …Sons wheelstanding Camaro put away Dad. Anothe goodie…Ton Blake Runs his Son’ The Florida Flash Beat sons Bike with best time all day…Oh-they both broke out .Pauls Willys runs in the 8’s aLL DAY.Had him paired up with other blown Wilys ,incuding Jim Bellimo’s Candy Red 40 ,with Bobby Lagana Sr. AND Fred Egloff as crew ….I Announced a bunch…good Times in Tower…Dover Guys helping Dover Guys like Vin Bayarinas helping TomatoHead ..replace a U-joint….The M&M crew helping Mikey with the Willys .Ready To Rock Sun…Gates open at 8:30…Time Trial at 10 And Race Time -Noon.

This was the most fun we had in a while.The old Ranchero held together with a best of 11.92,first time we had slicks on the old girl.We met some great folks and everyone seemed to have a good time.Thanks to everyone hope to do it next year…RICH.

My 22 yr old loved your ranchero. What happen Sat during time trials with that pop at the line. We hope everything was ok. We had a great time. Took many pics and will post soon. 😀

Hey everyone I had a great time Saturday, I just want congratulate Vinny Lyons with that old Rye Ford Super Stock Mustang for winning the whole deal. Peter

Dino a correction our best run was a 11.55 at 99MPH brother Mike only drove to 1000′ just like the fuelers 😆 😆 😆
the front end in the MG is 50 yrs old and needs some intensive care 😮 😮 😮 but we had an exceptional time including the giant wheelstand on the first run ever (hope there are pictures) to the understanding how to get this think working. A special thanks to all who helped with parts, knowledge and just plain help. Brother Mike got in this squirrel and kept it on all four tires, John Gunn I’ve named “The Godfather” he could have set up a booth and dispenced knowledge, VB came to our rescue with his truck we used all weekend to tow the MG around, Billy Massiello and Paul (33 Willys) The two Bobbys Schlagel and Laragena for Hilborn and magneto information. Thank You all, we have gained a years worth of knowledge this weekend.

Unable to make it Saturday,however Sunday was surely worth the trip! Congrads to my good friends V-Bob,Paul and Vince B.Brian M. and both Pat and Mike D.along with you Dino for putting on a “GREAT” show,and the rest who participated,I thank you all! Memories can be brought back to enjoy once again!

Like I said earlier that Saturday was a “blast” ! I’d like to say THANKS to Dino and his
fine crew for their outstanding efforts on this event. SMILES everywhere !! 🙂
It was nice of Dino to take time out and visit with the Dover guys. Here in the picture
is Dino, Speed, Mike Leroux and Paul. There was about another 8 people there not
in the picture like John Shimer, Bobby and Judy Casey, V-Bob, Bootie, Vince B. and
Bobby Smith and a couple others. Great BS session ! Thanks again guys !!! 🙂
