FASTLANE….Finally got to see you handle that bike…Thanks for the help Too. ‘this guy can drive!”……Where’s Video-Opps Vega Bob …In rehab from the weekend ? think he went to “overload” and didn’t find a bag to breath in …Great to see him wheelin’ that car !….Oh- Got to see so many guys this time ….Seymour with Billy Mas. Again ,”the Kool Aid Kids” back together like the old days (He wasn’t allowed to pack the chute)…Paul -Tiny In “Sudden Impact ” willys Loved the match racing…We’re getting you guys back together! said he had more fun than he could remember, but wife told him sunday was ‘Hers” .You may have noticed, my memory is coming back.

Forgot to Mention this before….If you look at overall performance and who won and r.u. …Pauls 8 second passes….V-Bob out of retirement in the 10’s , Mikey with a race car, Lou Centolanza, Rampage Chuck, Pat & Mikes runs with MG, Brian’s Father running, Billys 183 /Win, Fastlanes Bike passes, Vinnie Lyoms, Tom Blake, Don Scinto and all the rest …..”it’s like the Who at the Super Bowl… These old guys STILL CAN ROCK after all these years” !

Great job everyone. Had a helluva time. Got to meet some of the website’s “regulars” and relive some old times with old friends-Maso,Bossguy,Tony D. and Speed.

Sorry for not being at the race with the dragster.
Last minute plans were to meet with
Ron Abbott & John Foley at the car show at the Valley
(orig owner Ron, along with his engine builder & 2nd owner John).
But best laid plans sometimes do not come through
do not have all the details, some thing happened earlier in the day
and they were unable to make it.

But I did get a lot more history and awesome stories along with some more original
pictures being mailed to me of the dragster at the Valley & Dover
hopeing that the Original flag starter from the valley can find his pictures.

Hi Bobby,
Alot of people were asking about you and the car and some were disappointed not being able to see it this weekend. We TOTALLY understand your priority. I’m sure it was a hard decision. It would have looked nice leading off (towed or driven) the parade of original Dover cars down the track. Can’t wait to see it. Always next year!
