Just got new Goodies From Brian M. (our Track Historian)….He had a day off and thought he’d “Fly” down to Wingdale, from Museum Headquarters in Kingston,N.Y. and see whats up . Don’t ask how …I gave up …Here Goes !!!……..Here’s a ‘Eye in the Sky’ view off whats left, from the cockpit of DoverCSI 1…. the ShutDown Area and the lake created when they hit the underground spring ,digging out the peatmoss.

There is one original telephone pole still there that was at the side of the hot car pits!!
I think there is still a speaker up on it!!!!!
You can see it from the road!!

I want That Speaker !…..Brian : THAT should Be Autographed ! Lets see…Ladder…wire cutters….lithuanian adjustable wrench….duct tape….always need duct tape….hammer …always need a hammer…(Bobby S. calls me hammer)….hamburger…for watch dog….another hamburger (might get hungrey….get away car….fast get away car…..Race car with fake plates…yeah ,that’ll work……. Sounds like a “caper” for Dover CSI operatives in Duchess sector.

Video Bob beat me to it …can’t find a current photo in that area …jmb442 or Brian M. might have one ……………. We could hook it Up and you probably still can’t hear your class called. that speaker is 46 years old ! they probably got it at Army Surplus when they bought the track jeep.

Why don’t you contact the current owners, tell them who you are ( show them this web site ) and see if they will let you have the speaker on that pole for a keepsake…
