Hey, there you are……….The news sucks most days…They never have much good to say……………..I guess the weekend was a success…Looks like you guys all had a great time……The weekend here was a food fest…….My sister stopped in Little Italy on the way in and loaded the trunk in the rental car with $350 worth of food from Pomodoro’s……I’m still on a food hangover………………………………….D………..

ATTENTION IN THE PITS…..’Bout time I did some “moderating’ here. The Daily Chat serves to provide a nice place to basically talk about really trivial Off Topic sillyness and seems to become the Dover Drag Strip Facebook – Twitter. Ok .so be it. My concern is that you all forgot the True nature of the Website .Seems to me a lot of this stuff ,particularly some of your anger and complaints should be relegated to an E-mail ‘to your buddie’ instead of hanging it out here for who knows who to read it. we have over 750 registered interested guys …coming here for Vintage Dover and Nostalgia sharing. Its about Dover .Add to that ,visitors ,sometimes hundreds a day …racers, car guys and even Kids finding us as the source for ‘everything Dover’ . I in no way wish to squash your freedom to say things ,as long as it’s kind of appropriate and is ‘For the Interest Of all that visit”. Theres some Cool things here that I think some of you have missed in the last 3-4 weeks. Check out all the current posts by clicking on “View active Topics”…scrool down and insert ONE MONTH at: Display posts from previous [ insert here ]…the latest stuff about guns..’lets go get them ‘ ,etc. WAS deleted by ME and was also the subject of some complaints I recieved. Daddy said to me :”engage brain before speaking” .Lets put our best out for the public to see…Hope I didn’t offend anyone with this ,some found it offensive and having nothing to do with Dover….Just tryimg to keep it to what we started………..One burnout only and no speeding on the return Road 😆 .We Cool ? ‘D’
