….. so camshaft was slipped in first check and to make sure everything lined up with the thurst plate and turned freely 😀 , … after that cam is removed and coated with break in lube and reinstalled 😀

…. oil resistor plugs next and then the main bearings 😀 …….. make sure the little hole in the plug is open and not blocked 😮 , I had one that was flashed over ❗

I would NEVER consider lining up the rings, but depending on the degree of crocchatch, you have little control over ring rotation. 😮

…… GUYS 😀 ❗ of couase I can roll with the punches 😆 , the more fun the merrier ❗ , man my spelling really sucks 😳 , anyway new bearings come dirty right out of the box they are wiped clean and deburred with a touch of 800 paper on the edges then cleaned again ….
