                                                Pat.Just like Johnny Cash, Merle made a few wrong turns in his younger days, and paid his dues to society. From there he brought out his ‘true’ talents,and became a very popular country singer,and performer. During his popularity in the 70’s,I wasn’t much into country-western music, however,I got a big kick outa that one song he came out with ‘ Oakie from Muskogee’! No doubt,a ‘true’ country lad he was! May he R.I.P….Pete.
