(P.S. Rich is in the hospital, flareups of some health problems, plus he does not know when to slow down and rest. He wanted me to post something, and let everyone know that he’s feeling better, and will rest up and be back at it as soon as possible. Please don’t call Becky, she has a lot on her plate right now. Update on this…on the phone as I type With Mikey …Who’s on the other phone with Becky -Riche’s Wife. Rich OK ….coming out of hospital sometime today. Back brace for back fracture for a little bit. Mikey, Friends and customers helping at “Shop”.Thats Good News.

Hey Guys,
Bob Casey here – Billy’s brother. As Don said, Billy was on the phone this morning for the first time since entering the hospital on Wednesday. There seemed to be complications with an underlying penumonia that was slowly building during the past few week. It was creeping in under the radar of even the doctors. To keep it in the vanacular of the site, they took a liter of contaminiated fuel out of his gas tank and up’d the dry additive. Tomorrow he’ll be going for a major oil change and another contaminated fuel removal. One carburator is functioning perfectly and the problem one seems to be coming back as hoped. We all have to wait for the results from the tests, but Billly, though weak, feels optomistic – as we all do. Because he been feeling like crap, he has asked for no visitors or calls – even family except for Donna and Cheryl. So when we all heard from him this morning – wow, our spirits soared. On behalf of our enitre family, thank you all for your prayers, positive thoughts and good wishes. It means so much to us, especially to Billy. No truer friends could any man have. I’ll keep you updated. Fondly, Bob

I made one quick call to Biilly …Made it brief…and got him to laugh …Told him if he didn’t like his ‘body mechanic’ to get another one ….talked car terms too about his treatments….Fuel injection…oil changes. Good to hear him giggle at my lame jokes. Said hi to Donna and she thanks all of you, for your never ending freindship.

Hey guys, I talked to Billy today in the hospital. They did another procedure on him
and he’s feeling a lot better. He thanks everyone for their thoughts and prayers. He
said that he’s planning on going home tomorrow and start calling everyone. 🙂

Hey Guys,
Brother Bob here. Just got off the phone with Billy. He’s beginning to sound like his old self. He’s getting edgy and is complaining about everything and wants out. He feels that he has burned enough rubber in this spot. They took a liter and a half of contaminated fuel out of him today and he feels so much better. The second carburator is back on line and working well. The major oil change yesterday did a lot also. Tomorrow, they scope out his lungs and then he plans on packing his bag, I’ll be up there with him for a few days starting on Wednesday. Tonight we chatted about old cars and old music. He’s comfortable but tired. Looking forward to breaking out tomorrow. Let’s all hope. He sends his regards to all. Fondly, Bobby

First off we are pulling for you Speed 🙂 🙂 🙂 Then I went to the Metal Meet today in Herkimer NY to finish my hood I ran a bead down the center of it to look like the hood hinge and to also take some of the flatness out of the hood. While there I found a 41 Willys pick up truck and bought it. Its pictured next to the hood. 😆 😆 😆

Yes, Frank we fitted it all up before I went to Herkimer. It fits nice now and it just needs some Dzus fasteners, paint and lettering. 😎
