Saw These notes on Facebook from last weekend…Chris Kraft said ” In all my years of racing,I never had a Snow Delay” …Jim Knights the track Photographer left early with ‘Frozen Fingers” couldn’t hit the ‘shoot’ button. Photos show a lot of Wool Hats.

Yeah …Dad Was a Proud Flag Waver- told everyone …’Ya Don’t Like It -Leave” …spent many a summer At Fort Dix, when he had active reserve duty.Went into France…Second wave at Normandy as 2nd Lt. ( Rangers -Did what you see in Saving Private Ryan..Knocked out Bunkers with sachel packs) Came out a Captian..stayed in reserves and retired as Lt Col.

Hey Cakes, V-Bob, Brian and son Edward stopped here yesterday afternoon for a visit.
They did just come from Ground Up Restoration where he picked up a set of new rear
inner wheel wells for his Firebird. He’s planning on mini-tubbing for larger rear tires. He
has a lot going on there. There was a lot of “cross conversation” (guys talking about
different things at the same time), so I didn’t catch a lot of the progress on Brian’s car.. 😆
Hopefully he’ll post something ❓ 😆

Thank you Frank,at least you got a ‘bit’ of info from Brian. That’s one ‘ambitious’ project ! Last time I saw it,it was close to a ‘basket’ case, however,it’s gonna be done ‘right’; and probably as nice as his G.T.O, watch and see!!! :geek: 😮 😉 😀 Pete.
