For the hunters : Deer, hog, python snake, turkey. Gator season ended 11/1.
For the hot rodders : Turkey rod run, T’giving weekend.
For the racers : Citrus Nat’s, Snow bird Nat’s.
For the Nascar flks. : Homestead this weekend.

Just got back from my 1st. trip ‘deer’ hunting,will be going back again on Tues. till Thanksgiving to Rhinebeck to put a few drives on for my buddy Jerry. I scored Wed. with a ‘8’ pointer.He was on the run chasing a doe to mate with.A 70 yard ‘running’ shot,in the lungs,put him down (LUCKY) with my slug shotgun. Larry,my other buddy got a ‘6’ pointer,same size as mine ( 150lbs. plus, gutted out). Weather was erratic ( hot-cold-windy-and rain) still I enjoyed it,just like the ‘nostalgia’ drags! Wishing everyone a “HAPPY THANKSGIVING” !!!!

Whats going on at “homebase”…well— still sorting out computer upgrades,and papsmurph at his studio working on converting vintage Dover Film we had kicking around.Some so old & brittle, multiple splicing has to be done as they keep breaking. Once we got em on DVD.they will be perserved. He’s going into the ‘boiler room’ of the site & forum to fix some stuff and upgrade the forum softwear too.
